Counselling is a confidential and non-judgmental talking time for you, within a trusting therapeutic relationship. Counselling gives you time and space to listen to your needs and develop a belief in your own sense of inner safety.
I am a Registered Accredited member of the BACP (197556). My approach is relational, encouraging rapport building with self and others. My training is person-centered, psychodynamic, and I use CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy).
Our therapeutic relationship will enable you to lower your mask to honestly explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, empowering you to move past life's painful and challenging experiences.
